Production Time: Production can take between 7 to 21 business days. There is no express production option. Items may be dispatched anytime within this timeframe.
Custom Size & Amednments:Ā We do not make custom items using measurements. Please shop using our size guide. We do not offer alterations or amendments.
Urgent Orders: If you require an item urgently, please confirm that it is available in stock and does not require additional production time before dispatch. Or Contact us via Chat before placing the order.
Fabric Availability: If the fabric for your made-to-order piece is out of stock and we are able to procure it, this may delay your delivery. We appreciate your understanding as we work to fulfill your order.
