The Rail Nigeria (“The Rail Nigeria”, “we” “us”) website (our “site” or “website”) and related services are made available to you and The Rail Nigeria sells its products, in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.therailnigeria.com We recommend you keep a copy of the Terms & Conditions for future reference. We may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If you do not agree to any change to these Terms & Conditions do not move forward with your purchase. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not apply to that order or any resulting contract, unless we are required to make the change by law, in which case such changed term will apply to the order or resulting contract to that extent.
The Rail Nigeria is bound by the law of all countries where our customers shall be placing an order, hence, you must be legally allowed to make a purchase of our items. Any legally allowed person(s) with access to the internet with valid and legal means of payment may purchase items on therailclothing.com
Items listed as available on the website reflect the actual availability of the item in color and sizes. Once the order is processed by the E-commerce and Logistic Department at The Rail Nigeria who reserve the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction’s validity and check the Client’s record with therailnigeria.com Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.
The Rail Nigeria shall be entitled to restrict multiple quantities of a product being shipped to any one customer or postal address. The Rail Nigeria may accordingly limit the quantity of a single product that may be ordered in an order and may reject multiple separate orders for the same product.
Payment can be made securely online via our reputable payment partner available in your country. By submitting an order to us through our website you confirm and guarantee that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. Payment for purchases, can be made by cards specified on our website or via our bank details as provided when ordering.
You agree that by submitting an order, this immediately authorizes The Rail Nigeria to charge your debit or credit card with the order payment on submission of your order and implies that you intend to pay The Rail Nigeria if your order is accepted.
All orders are generally dispatched within 3-7 working days after receipt of payment. The shipping fee is calculated based on your delivery address, which is provided by our partner courier company. In an event whereby the delivery fee is not calculated when checking out, we shall send an invoice for the delivery fee before the order can be processed. We ship to all countries and states with Airport and Sea ports. Duties & taxes are covered by The Rail Nigeria and you will not be required to pay additional fee before receiving your items.
If for any reason you should decide to reject or refuse delivery of your order, you will be liable to cover the costs of the return to our warehouse and, any duties/customs charges associated with this.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our product that appear on therailclothing.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be entirely accurate.
The Rail Nigeria abstains from every responsibility due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction in regards to colour definition.
