Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products.

Due to the nature of our business and products, the following terms and conditions govern our Returns and Exchanges. Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to review our availability and production timelines before completing a purchase. If you place an order without confirming the delivery window, we cannot be held liable. As stated in our policy, refunds will not be issued in such cases, you will be required to select an alternative item instead.

Proof of Payment

  • Proof of payment is required for all returns and exchanges.

Conditions for Exchange

We accept exchanges for items that meet the following conditions:
✔️ Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
✔️ Original condition with all tags intact
✔️ Includes any promotional items received with purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.

Please Note:
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping when sending items back for an exchange or store credit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Exchange Timeframes

Eligible items must be returned within:

  • Abuja Orders: Within 2 business days from delivery/pickup.
  • Nigeria (Outside Abuja): Within 5 business days from delivery.
  • International Orders: Within 10 business days from delivery.

Inspection Process

  • All returned items undergo a quality inspection.
  • If the item passes, it qualifies for an exchange.
  • If the item does not pass, it will be returned to the customer.

Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse for your exchange to be processed.


Final Sale Items

Sale items are final sale – No returns or exchanges, including Black Friday & Clearance items, unless the incorrect size or style was received.


Return Shipping

  • Customers cover all return shipping costs.
  • The Rail Nigeria is not responsible for return shipping expenses.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect and notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, refunds are issued as either:
    ✔️ A gift card for store credit 

📌 Faulty Items: If the item is faulty due to production error, the delivery charge may be reimbursed at our discretion.


Exchange Voucher

How It Works

  • All exchanges are processed through The Rail Clothing Exchange Voucher, valued at the product price (excluding delivery charges).
  • The voucher can be used across multiple orders until the balance is fully used.

How to Use the Exchange Voucher

1️⃣ Add items to your cart as usual.
2️⃣ At checkout, enter your voucher code in the coupon section.
3️⃣ The voucher amount is applied to your total.
4️⃣ If your order total exceeds the voucher balance, pay the remaining amount using card or bank transfer.
