Thank you for choosing to shop with us, these are the terms and condition that governs our DELIVERIES. Important Information

  • Due to varying fabric sizes and weights, we cannot confirm the exact package weight until shipping.
  • Shipping rates listed on our website apply to packages between 0.5 to 2kg.
  • If your package exceeds 2kg, we will contact you to cover additional shipping costs.
  • You may choose your own shipping method, but The Rail Nigeria is not responsible for loss or theft once the package is handed over.

Delivery Process

For deliveries outside Abuja, Nigeria, we partner with GIG or DHL.

  • Tracking is included, and tracking numbers will be sent via email.
  • Please ensure your email address is correct for timely updates.

Production & Ready-to-Wear (RTW)

We offer both Ready-To-Wear & Made-To-Order items:

  • Ready-To-Wear: Available for immediate dispatch.
  • Made-To-Order: Requires 1-14 business days for production.
  • No express production is available, so dispatch can occur anytime within this timeframe.

⚠️ Delivery time begins AFTER production is complete.

If you need an item urgently, confirm that it is in stock and does not require additional production time before dispatch.


Delivery Duration

  • Production Time: 1 - 14 business days
  • Delivery within Abuja: 1 - 2 business days
  • Interstate Delivery (Nigeria): 2 - 5 business days
  • International Delivery: 5 - 14 business days

🚫 No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Costs

  • Delivery costs vary by location & weight.
  • We do not set delivery rates—these are determined by courier services.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

  • Customs or import duties may apply upon arrival in the destination country.
  • The recipient is responsible for these charges.
  • If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

Change of Delivery Details

  • Need to update your address or contact information?
    • Email us immediately at support@therailclothing.com with your order name & number.
    • Updates may cause delays if the order has already been processed.
    • If the package has already been sent, additional fees may apply for address changes.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Incorrect contact information
    • Recipient unavailability

A second attempt may be made at an additional cost, depending on the courier.
