Sales Policy

• All sale items are final. No refunds, exchanges, or complimentary alterations are available on sale items.

Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns, exchanges, or refunds must be received within:

• Abuja Orders: 3 business days from delivery or pickup.
• Nigerian Orders (Outside Abuja): 5 business days from delivery.
• International Orders: 10 business days from delivery.

Items must be in original condition, with tags intact and proof of purchase. The Rail Nigeria reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Faulty Items

• Faulty items must be reported within 72 hours with supporting images sent to support@therailclothing.com.
• Customers bear all shipping costs for exchanges. Delivery charges may be reimbursed at our discretion for production-related faults.

Returns on Full-Price Items

• Full-price items (excluding sale items) can be returned within the location-specific timeframes above.
• Items must include all original packaging (boxes, dust bags, etc.).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued as a gift card for store credit or, at our discretion, refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Delivery charges for faulty items may be reimbursed at our discretion.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
• For exchanges, additional shipping fees apply.

Color Accuracy Disclaimer

• We strive to display colors accurately, but variations in monitor settings may cause discrepancies. The Rail Nigeria is not responsible for color variations due to screen differences.

• We offer Ready-To-Wear & Made-To-Order items. Some are available for immediate dispatch, while others require production.
• Production time: 2-14 business days (no express option).
• No custom sizing or alterations – please use our size guide.
• Urgent orders? Confirm availability before purchasing.
• Fabric availability may affect delivery time for made-to-order items.
• Items marked "in stock" may still require production time before shipping.
