Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

PRODUCTION & RTW 

Production can take 5 WORKING DAYS. There is no express production. This means your items could be sent out on the 5th Day.

Delivery within Nigeria can take up to 1-5 working days after production. 

For international clients, if you need the item urgently, please confirm it is available in stock and doesn't require production before being sent out.

We charge ₦4500 for all amendments and all logistics payments will be handled by you if any.

If you are taller than average, please inform us while placing your order. We offer tall length but in limited stock. (Note our lengths is 63 - 65inches)

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Delivery within Abuja takes 1-5 working days while deliveries outside Abuja, but within Nigeria takes 4-7 working days. If the item is not readily available  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are fulfilled by DHL, so they are trackable. Delivery time for international orders is 7-10 working days after the order placement.

RETURN POLICY

Sales:

All sales are final! No refunds and no exchange for sales items. No free alteration services are offered for sale items.

Custom orders:

All custom orders are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We will only offer alteration services for custom orders.

Returns & Exchange

Item(s) are subject to RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND if The Rail Clothing receives the item/s within:

  • 3 business days from date of delivery/Pick Up for orders placed within Abuja 
  • 5 business days from date of delivery for orders placed within Nigeria but outside Abuja
  • 10 business days from the date of delivery for orders shipped outside Nigeria
  • The item(s) MUST physically be in our possession within the above time frame for the item to qualify for an exchange or refund.
  • There are no exceptions to this rule.
  • The Rail Clothing reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the return period limit or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Items must be in the same condition that they were received with tags intact and a receipt for proof of purchase.

 

Items are considered “faulty” if they do not conform to our quality standards, which require that items correspond to their description and be of satisfactory quality. If you receive faulty purchased products, you have the right, within 72 hours, to ask for adjustment or replacement, according to our judgment. Please email info@therailclothing.com with images of any of your purchases, which you consider have been delivered faulty.

Please note that if the customer decides to exchange the faulty item with a perfect one they will bear all shipping costs. 

We accept returns on all full-price items (not sale items) within 3,5,10 days from when your order is dispatched depending on your location. All Items must be returned without stain and unused.

Once you have received our confirmation to return your order, you may send it back. Your order will need to arrive with us within 10 days of receipt. All purchased products being returned must be sent back (including those being exchanged) in full, in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, unaltered, and complete with all original The Rail packaging.

All boxes, dust bags and all other things included in your purchase should be included within your return which is deemed part of the product. We are not obliged to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions and we may refuse an exchange or refund in such case and send such products back to the customer or require the customer to arrange for their collection from us.

All returns are at the customer’s expense & the refund will be issued by retaining the costs of the initial shipment and duties where necessary.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you we have received your item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to you based on your original method of payment within 5-7 working days. (Depending on your payment gateway).

Returns shipping:

The customer will be responsible for shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the case of an exchange, the customer is required to pay for any further delivery fee required.

METHOD OF REFUNDING:

Refunds are issued minus the cost of shipping via the same payment gateway the item(s) were paid for e.g Paystack, Flutterwave & Shopify Pay or Bank Transfer.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on shoptmo.ng. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be entirely accurate.
The Rail abstains from every responsibility due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction in regards to colour definition.
